Step 1: Lets Draw Geometrical Construction.

geometrical construction help you to draw figure in symmetrical format. remember butterflies wings and body figures are in form of geometrical condition. draw 13cm X 10cm rectangle you can choose size according to your paper size or requirement. intersect rectangle at corner as well as divide rectangle in centre as shown in figure.

at centre point create 1cm hollow gap which is equal at the distance 0.5cm and at bottom side make marking 1.5cm from corner and then joint point with upper side of rectangle. for more understanding refer below figure.

Step 2: Sketch Butterfly Body Part

Butterflies body part are included head part thorax and abdomen. start making body part at 1cm hollow cavity. draw head structure above centre point and abdomen below centre point. at the centre point keep thorax in elliptical but flat from the edges.

Step 3: Draw Butterfly Wings Symmetrically

We create fancy wings which look amazing with colourful pattern. start with creating curve path. you can draw it with your choice. basically we choose regular pattern for upper wing and fancy or free hand pattern for down side wing.
