- by help of aeroplane shape start creating body shape of monarch butterfly. use pencil or start direct filling by using black colour pen or sketch-pen.
- Draw wings pattern by curving shape but keep in mind butterflies have symmetrical shape identity. Draw two larger, elongated oval shapes above the body, slightly overlapping. These will be the upper wings.
